It’s interesting to note that with the advent of AI, some people might argue for the opposite approach:

Although in that case it would be more practical to test much higher in the ‘pyramid’ (i.e.: writing end-to-end tests instead of unit tests to describe the desired functionality for AI to implement).

While I generally don’t find product demonstration videos very useful, in this particular case, I believe it would actually be beneficial to have one.
