The turtle library focuses on being a “better Bash”
Yet on Travis-CI they’re only running their builds against Linux? That seems hypocritical to me.
Hypocritical seems a bit strong. Sounds like the “better” applies to building a better language.
I couldn’t think of the right word to use.
Bash is used on UNIX (Linux, macOS included) *BSD, and (more recently) Bash.
My point is that it depends on which dimension one is measuring “better”. I think they are focusing on language semantics.
