For some context, klong is an interesting language in the APL/J/K family, attempting to be like K but without all the ambiguity. I haven’t done much with it myself but I have heard of people starting with it instead of K and it being easier to learn. This demonstration of some statistical applications is a nice way to get the flavor of it.
