This is neat, but triggers the obligatory “OpenBSD way” rant:
Importing all of Drawille (with its dependence on Python) is massive overkill for a use case without any animation or graphics. All you really need is to know the Unicode codepoints for the different braille combinations of dots. (Helpfully linked to at https://github.com/asciimoo/drawille) That would eliminate a lot of the sluggishness in this package.
Does it have adds inside ?
There’s an Emacs one as well. No idea how good it is.
