When a tweet is RT’d, it usually appears in your home feed at the time of the RT, not the posting.

    In no way does this fit the definition of “throttling” and in no way does that screenshot prove the allegation.

    Overall, the thought that someone at twitter would code a “mess with retweets from this account” logic, get it past code review, and somehow turn it on for some accounts but not others seems incredibly implausible.

        Your assertion is nonsensical and is backed by nothing. My assertion is backed by hard evidence. If you want to dispute it, you will need to provide actual reasons and actual evidence.

        The fact is, Twitter censors.

        And, Twitter provides advanced means of censorship.

        In this post, clear evidence is shown that retweets of Tor’s tweet are treated differently from retweets of other tweets. The behavior of RTs of Tor’s tweet are also shown to be the exception, rather than the rule.
