Does he ever get to a point? I watched 10 minutes and there’s one vague sentence in there saying he built a thing that surveils people but no actual content. He spent more time drinking on stage than giving useful information.
I had same reaction. Dude actually just likes to hear himself talk far as I can tell. After angersock’s comment, I skipped ahead. Here’s the first moment that was interesting far as creating awareness of a risk:

Things get going around 15-20 minutes in. I believe the drinking on-stage was a Defcon welcome for first-time presenters, you party pooper. :|
Then maybe quit editorializing in the story description and say something like “talk starts at [timecode]” instead. :p
