I love this article. Makes me feel old but I played far too much Diablo 1 & 2 that I want to ever admit :) DIII was a bit of a disappointment.
Though even if you don’t care about gaming and never played Diablo before - this article is amazing in deconstructing what tricks were used to achieve effects that sheer computing power gives us for granted now.
