    I have heard people use the exact same reason to explain why they are productive in Python, so you are probably on the money there. As Tim Peters put it in the Zen of Python: “There should be one– and preferably only one –obvious way to do it.”

    It is interesting: Clojure is AFAICT a more powerful language than Python, and yet they both strike a balance of power.
