      I enjoyed reading this book. I don’t think it’s good for beginner programmers, but if you already have some experience with the art, the knowledge here can help understand and clarify the implicit processes we are subject to as we hack.

        I’m glad the notes seemed clear enough! It’s always a challenge summarizing material that’s a bit out of one’s field.

        I think I agree. In fact, in the terminology of the book, beginning programmers already have so much cognitive overload from all the learning that has to happen that adding more content is likely not useful and perhaps even gets in the way of more important learning. I’ve definitely found the content useful in giving myself “more tools in the toolbox”, so to speak, as well as being able to share nuggets of information with others.
