I hope that I’m wrong, but it seems like she’s about to have the same sort of experience that I had when I was mistakenly placed on a “union risk” blacklist.

I think this is interesting insofar as it’s another glimpse into how these people really are. They really would rather damage an innocent woman than take responsibility for their own actions and the culture they have created.

Well, I don’t have a problem with the bad guys having lawyers. That’s a right in this country.
I do think there should be a law that equalizes allowed legal expenses, at least when corporations are involved. Sides should agree upon the maximum legal expense and if one side can’t afford it, then the other side ought to pay both shares.
