Does PayPal have something like banks do to notify/suspend transactions that are out of the ordinary? ie. I have performed all transactions for the last 10 years from country X, if I suddenly attempt a transaction from country Y then maybe it isn’t me and it requires email verification before allowing that transaction. Another idea could be a map of the world in the PayPal settings and you have to put a tick in every country you want to log in from.
