This seems decent, but honestly, I’ve never been able to live it because I’ve never had business buy-in that allows for a such a reasonable sounding development process. My experience has been that once the prototype gets pushed out (or even demonstrated), you have to keep it on life support and adding features, despite repeated pleas to set aside some development time for seemingly basic things like tests.
