    Is this really technology-related, as opposed to simply a legal/fraud story?

      I thought it was sufficiently related since it was about blockchain and that whole sector. I wavered between submitting it and not submitting it and eventually decided to take a risk - if the community doesn’t like it (which it seems they don’t), that’s fine and I would be happy to see it deleted.
