Yeah? And where did @dfrey, in any way, imply the price would stay high? He just said the current cost is too much. Your comments on lobste.rs show a tendency of being between negativity and vitriol, maybe you could just chill out a bit?
In the lobste.rs community you should always assume people are smart and mean well. Being negative will either drive good people away or get you driven away. Please make an attempt to take, and act on, the feedback you’ve been given in terms of significant downvoting. Your bitterness will make a great community go to shit.
Your attitude makes you really difficult to communicate with and doesn’t seem to add much value, it would be really great if you’d reconsider how your present yourself and communicate.
