Or just set all your clocks to UTC.
I did that for about 6 months in 2010-2011, as a personal protest against
the silly DST transition. Works ok if you’re willing to do time conversions
in your head.
I really like Joey’s mind. I would never think about changing my timezone, I would just change my alarm clock and be done with it.
Having said that, it’s always nice to realize I can just do this on my own machine as I’m running Linux. These days even small things like this feel huge…

In that case, setting any timezone would be ‘ok’.
UTC is the only timezone guaranteed to be free from DST.
Well the point is, if OP is willing to do time conversions in their head, then any timezone will do since they can all be converted.

What could possibly go wrong? Time and date code works so well normally.
