I found this really confusing. I know he’s trying to explain software with a road analogy, but I know software and I don’t know roads. So the whole time I was thinking “does roadbuilding actually work that way?”
Yeah sure it’s an analogy but wouldn’t have just been easier to actual thing you want to say?
I think the ending could’ve gone farther. Instead of “fewer people using it” something like “Some wish they had the old road back, but now this is the only option. Others feel a vague sense that maybe this could all have been done differently.”
