Neat, I have a system I wish to test with jepsen, though i think I will need to spend a bit of time (re)familiarizing myself with clojure.
I know that you can use different storage engines with Mongo - WiredTiger is the default now (I think) and there are also engines like RocksDB that have been configured to work with Mongo.
Do all of the storage engines use the same replication protocols listed here (v0 and v1)? Or do Rocks etc use something entirely different?
A storage engine is just a storage engine, and not a replication format.
