    An interesting idea, but I’m not convinced that this tool provides the solution to testing poor networks.

        A quick few I could think of, arp poisoning, simulating spanning tree loops, intermittent routing issues upstream etc…

        It might be able to simulate certain conditions for a single host, but it does not simulate poor networks.
