Sorry for the somewhat tangent question, but what’s the general sense among cryptographers about MLS? Is it well-done? Providing primitives that are generally relatively hard-to-misuse or more a lower-level toolbox? (i.e. just like you often hear “just use whatever libsodium provides for that scenario”, will that become “just use ” for other cases?)

The “Security. Cryptography. Whatever.”[1] Podcast did an episode on MLS recently and they seemed pretty positive about it.
1: This podcast is a great listen in general and by some well known individuals in the industry.
