That combination isn’t so useful, perhaps; but color(s(55%) h(0) l(66%)) seems a nice-enough way to specify a pale brick red in hue-saturation-luminosity form.
I’d better take that back: If you want HSL, just use hsl(0, 55%, 66%), much cleaner.
You could use color(#123abc h(8)) when you want the same saturation and luminosity as a reference color, but in a different hue?
