I have a full-time job, a wife, and two kids. There are no four-hour blocks of time anywhere in any of my days. :) I do like the idea, and the motivational approach though, and I’m going to try to work on with perhaps two two-hour sessions per week after the kids are in bed, giving me six weeks to complete the 30-hour method.
What skill are you looking to learn? That this article is “skill” based was confusing to me. I’ve used a similar technique when working on side projects; time blocks, notes, planning. But not to learn a skill.
