As is often useful for titles like this, a quick reminder that in some varieties of English, “I have a doubt” is a synonym for “I have a question”, while in other varieties of English it means “I do not believe you” or “I think this is false/a lie”.

The “I have a question” meaning seems to be most common in India and some other parts of southeast Asia, and the “I do not believe you” meaning most common in the US/UK.
