I just about up and quit my job after I read that some researchers who invented the best ever “streaming algorithm”.
For those of you who didn’t read fully past this inflammatory intro text, it’s referring to a paper published by some researchers on how to do more efficient stream-based clustering. So all you folks working on the other universe of streaming algorithms (deduplication/set algebra, online model training, time series forecasting, and anomaly detection), you’re jobs are yet secured.
Very sorry for the sarcasm here, I just cannot believe how curiously spammy this author’s writing style and title selection are.
