I wonder if youtube keeps the functionality / capability to unblur faces on LE request, i.e. you are anonymous to other powerless people, but not when it really matters?
I would hope that
When you save the changes to your video, a new copy is created with the blurred faces. You will then be given the option to delete the original video.
actually means what they say it does and that they’ll delete the original, unblurred version.
