I thought about posting it in this thread…. but it’s about as long as the original article so I though I’d give it’s own space.
My version addresses pretty much the same problems, but provides a very practical checklist of actions to take.
Interesting how nothing improves on this front. If you told me this was from the 1990s or even earlier (Peopleware), I would believe you.
