I have started reading this book and am on chapter 3. It renders surprisingly well as a PDF* in my large-format e-reader, which is good, because I hate reading books as PDFs on an LCD screen on a computer. One quote I quite like from it so far:

*Still can’t wait until textbooks are published as EPUBs containing MathML with reflowable text. We are probably quite a few years from that becoming the norm, if it ever does.
