I hit the end key by accident and found the zlib1g origin informative.

I always try to apt-get install libz-dev and get slightly confused every time that this isn’t properly named package-wise.

It’s missing my favorite monitoring tool, Xymon

Xymon was named Hobbit after originally being called “bbgen” to prevent confusion as it was an open source Big Brother clone. The Hobbit name was lost due trademark protection from the Tolkien Foundation.

Xymon, pronounced “Simon” or “Chimone” stands for XY (anything) mon (montior), as in “monitor anything”.

        Well, it’s a wiki… I added Mercurial myself.

That’s a weird story with the trademark protection. Under what circumstances could consumers be led to believe that a monitoring tool is the same as a novel or a story?
