I’ve waited more than an hour for my email to download this guide. I suspect they dropped my request because I used a + in my email; ‘foo+spamgather@domain’. Guess I won’t read this ultimate guide, will go read some blogs instead.
I’d like to upvote, but the page times out while loading for me (“Connecting to marketing.vividcortex.com…”) with no obvious way to download the book.
