I used to use Uzbl when I was on Linux at work. I was able to easily setup Emacs keybindings and was totally sold.
I really recommend giving Uzbl a go :)

This is pretty cool. Doesn’t look like it has a password store built in. I might try my hand at writing a script to integrate with GNOME keyring so that I can use my Chrome saved passwords.
