Hmm, not really sure if I should agree or disagree here.
All I can say is that for the last 20 years (with some breaks) I’ve only done either B2B web apps or personal stuff (compared to doing B2C stuff before that), if I worked on web (frontend) stuff and not just backend.
B2B in this case means that people use this on their computer or maybe tablet - mobile doesn’t even register. And mobile apps probably wouldn’t solve the problem either, just because of screen size.
And for my own stuff? I mostly write that to entertain myself and if I have bonus external users, fine. No one ever complained about mobile.
My point? Not sure, just that there’s a huge? market of web applications where mobile doesn’t matter.
