    While development is a lot slower now (because commercial games generally run flawlessly), the bsnes emulator still sees releases a few times a year as part of the higan emulation suite. These days, releases focus on nailing down the last few fractions of a percent of accuracy, cleaning up the codebase, and the cross-platform UI toolkit (!) that it uses.
