    The article is only tangentially technology related, but was an excellent read and (I think) has good info for anyone working on anything that isn’t pure software (and even in cases where it is pure software).

    The gist of it seems to be that face-to-face communication is the most effective at getting people to change, consistency is important in reshaping habits, and that people won’t start using a thing just because you proved its better. I feel like I’ve know these things for a long time, but its nice to be explicitly reminded of their importance.
