Things like that have to be done with care. Maybe the elevator would crash if the packets were in an unexpected format? It could probably play mixed samples but who knows what else is possible.
There’s no data about rate, but you’d need about 26 packets/sec for 128k mp3. That’s fast enough I think you’d have a hard time inserting recognizable clips.

Wouldn’t that have “shown up” in the stream as alternating samples? Can you poison the legitimate packets into your machine and then emit new ones?
