    It’s still kind of unclear what effect this ruling will have. But it could lead to quite disruptive changes, particularly in the IT sector, I guess.

      Still needs to be implemented at a national level in many countries.

      As an employee in the EU, I’m looking forward to see what employers in Europe come up with.

      Could be a good differentiator to implement or support for employers in competitive job markets.
