This makes sense, but there are 3 different Avro files, that are slightly different, specifying an Event type.
I can imagine why this is the case, but would expect a hard fast, this is it from a project with a manifesto.
That being said, I like it. We’ve settled on a similar schema for metric data flowing through our metrics pipeline, at work. The biggest difference is that we use an actual URI to specify the source, which gives us a type, the ability to have a host, and virtually anything else we could need for identification purposes.
