Is there a link to a recording of the talk?
I was confused by the implication that OS X requires constant updates but OpenBSD only twice a year. AFAIK OpenBSD base system and packages do require updates more often but neither are (officially) provided in binary form ready to install.
Slides are a little thin, would love to see a blog post version if this!
Huh, looks like he chose to go with an ARM laptop, and was able to get all the fiddly ACPI/suspend/display bits working nicely.
I’d love to know the model that worked for him.
