See my other comment for confirmation of that. On the recent thread, Ray Ozzie did say they were trying to maintain a sense of humor despite all of it. I’m calling it dark humor given that’s my own specialty.
Yes, proprietary software can not be trusted. Especially if it is intended for doing some encryption or anything private.
You talk like it was some secret betrayal. Ray Ozzie described what it was about and how they handled it.
In my opinion, franta’s comment didn’t suggest some secret betrayal at all. It looks more like a few unemotional statements of facts to me.
