If I were Joe, my primary concern would be your expectation that the product will market itself for the first 1.5 years. How, exactly, will that work? You’d need to convince me that you won’t spend half the cash on marketing (by splitting your time or paying for someone else’s time), miss your development milestones, and be out of runway in 9 months.
Obviously, the worst case is always possible, but you’d need to convince me that it isn’t likely. If you can share some details about your marketing plan, the community here might be able to offer more concrete advice.
