      Given that it has been released just 5 days ago I believe nobody.

      Despite building a compiler on top of an ill designed language could be arguable, I find that it could be quite an improvement for most of (if not all) the php frameworks/projects around

        The VM has been around for ~four years. Hack itself is new.
