I’d love to see a version played on a single board, with the two performers represented by the left and right sides of the board. It would more closely match the layout of a typical performance (two people standing side by side), and I think it would make it easier to see the phasing points.

I was also utterly charmed by the “littlest clapping music”. Playing each measure only once almost turned it into a different piece of music.
I would be tempted to suggest “Music for Pieces of Wood” as the natural next step to take. However, besides being significantly more involved, that work calls for five different pitches. This is probably outside of what you can realistically coax out of the available hardware.

Hrm, I think you’re right—it would be pretty cool, but the board can’t really generate different pitches, just different volumes. I’ll think on it!
