My about-page and personal blog
Briefly, I’m a molecular neurobiologist that is now working as a software engineer. I originally went to college for a degree in CS but switched to biology, graduated and continued to work in wet-labs for a few more years. I decided a career in academic biology was not for me (personal and professional reasons), so switched to freelance web development and eventually transitioned to full-time development. I’ve since left web-dev to work on more fun problems in the search, analytics and time-series processing.
I’m currently a developer at Elastic.
